Radical Compassion: Forming the Antidote

You are warmly invited to join me for a 90 minute workshop on Radical Compassion: Forming the Antidote to Brutality. In a time marked by division, reactivity, and fear, this gathering offers a sacred pause to explore compassion not as a passive ideal, but as a courageous and transformative practice. Drawing from the work of Tara Brach, A Course in Miracles, and other mystical wisdom traditions, we will reflect on what compassion truly means, how it feels in the body and heart, and how it is lived in daily life.

This workshop is an invitation into conscious contact with compassion as a form of resistance, a way of meeting suffering without turning away, and a path toward personal and collective healing. We will close with a guided meditation designed to help integrate these teachings at a deeper level, allowing compassion to move from concept into lived experience. This work feels especially vital now, as love, when practiced deliberately, becomes a powerful response to the brutality of our times.
