Building Your Inner Temple ~ An 8 Day Virtual Retreat into Mystical Living

Join Ali Bogner and me, Amber Kelsey (MotherNidra), for Building Your Inner Temple, an 8-day initiation into mystical living and devotional practice. This is an invitation to step inward, build a sacred inner container, and move through a gentle arc of transformation that clears the way for deeper guidance, steadier love, and a life lived in alignment. Drawing from the wisdom of the mystics and practical metaphysical teachings, we will journey through six inner “rooms” of the temple: Consecration, Purification, Illumination, Union, Discernment, and Offering. Through reflection, ritual, and prayerful practice, you’ll learn to release what dims your love and strengthen the inner foundation that supports a more coherent, heart-led life.

This virtual retreat, conducted over WhatsApp, offers a rich and immersive experience while still meeting you where you are. Each day, you’ll receive written teachings to anchor the theme, alongside guided practices such as meditations, contemplative journaling prompts, simple rituals, and supportive micro-practices you can bring into everyday moments. To conclude our journey, we will gather for a final live Zoom integration to reflect, share, and weave what you’ve received into a sustainable rhythm moving forward.

The retreat begins on March 2 and concludes on March 10. Designed to fit into your schedule, the time commitment is approximately one hour a day, taken at your own pace. Throughout the journey, we will be available to offer support, guidance, and clarity as you explore these teachings. Our intention is to provide you with practical, luminous tools to help you create the life you envision in a supportive and uplifting environment. We would love for you to be part of this experience.
