Join Ali Bogner and me, Amber Kelsey (MotherNidra), for Carried by Grace: A Seven Week Journey of Practice and Presence, a devotional companion to accompany you from the deepening of autumn, through the stillness of the winter solstice, and into the holy season. Drawing from contemporary mystic traditions, we will journey through seven graces: Holy Silence, Clarity, Gratitude and Wonder, Discernment, Illumination and Endurance, Courage and Patience, and Faith. Grace is among the most beloved words in our spiritual vocabulary, and among the least understood. Here, we come to know it as the very breath of the Divine, a living presence that moves quietly through every corner of our lives, forever seeking entry and forever answering the heart that turns toward it.
So many of us move through life giving endlessly, while rarely allowing ourselves to be filled. This companion is an invitation to receive, to be held and nourished by something greater than ourselves. Offered over WhatsApp, it is a holy container for those who long to bring greater devotion and discipline to their spiritual lives, a calling to become mystics without monasteries, tending the sacred in the midst of everyday life. Each Monday, I will share a teaching on the week's grace, followed by an embodied practice such as Yoga Nidra, guided meditation or conscious breathing, while each Wednesday, Ali will offer a video teaching drawn from her psychospiritual and Kabbalistic wisdom. Each Friday, we will close the week with a contemplation to carry into the weekend.
Over these seven weeks, we will move from learning how to listen and how to see, into how we live in response to what we see, and finally into a deeper trust in the love that holds us. As we enter the holy season together, we arrive at a quiet discovery: grace was never something we had to search for. Perhaps it was what had been carrying us all along.
